Standard we follow
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Content should be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for assistive technologies.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks and logical heading hierarchy;
- Text alternatives for meaningful images;
- Visible focus states and keyboard navigation;
- Form labels and error identification;
- Readable contrast and layouts that reflow under zoom;
- Plain language in guides and legal pages.
Third-party content
Payment flows, OAuth sign-in (Google/Facebook), affiliate redirects to TruthFinder, and embedded partner tools may not fully meet our standards. Tell us if a barrier blocks you from completing a task — we will help directly or advocate with the provider.
Feedback & alternative formats
Email [email protected] with the page URL, description of the barrier, and your browser/assistive technology if known. We will respond and work to fix confirmed issues. We can provide policy or support information in an alternative format on request.
Legal framework
We strive to meet applicable accessibility expectations under federal and state law, including where relevant the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state non-discrimination requirements for places of public accommodation and digital services.
