Phone Calls: Telmate / GTL
Utah DOC uses Telmate (part of Global Tel Link / GTL) for inmate telephone services at USCF. To receive calls:
- Create a free account at telmate.com
- Register the phone number you want calls received on
- Fund your account
- Confirm your number is on the inmate's approved call list
Inmates call out — you cannot call in. Video visits are also available through Telmate.
Sending Money: JPay
Utah DOC uses JPay for inmate trust account deposits. Go to JPay.com, search the inmate under Utah DOC, and deposit by card. Fees apply.
Visiting USCF
